Do not claim search volumes or rankings, since you do not have live data. Instead label each phrase High, Medium or Lower likely value based on buying intent, and tell me to confirm volume with a free keyword tool. Group by search intent: ready to buy, comparing options, and early research. Assign each keyword group to one page, and flag pages we need to create.
