Chatbot Marketing Accelerator ("we") runs this website. Contact: info@chatbotmarketingaccelerator.com. Postal address: Postaházidűlő, Pálmonostora, 6112, Hungary.
When you request the free Starter Pack: your first name and email address, the time you agreed to receive emails, and when you confirmed. When you buy: payment is processed by Stripe, which handles your payment details on our behalf. We receive your name, email, the product bought, the amount and an order reference. We never see your card number. On this website: we count page views and sign-ups in aggregate without storing IP addresses or using advertising trackers. If you arrive from one of our emails or sign up, we set one functional cookie (cid) that lets us prefill your email at checkout. It is not used for advertising. When you sign up we also note where your visit came from (for example a search engine, a website that linked to us or a link we shared) and which form you used, so we can tell which channels work. If you close one of our sign-up prompts or sign up, your browser remembers that in its own storage, so we do not show the prompt again for a while. That choice stays in your browser; we only count, in total, how often prompts are shown and closed.
To deliver your downloads, send the emails you asked for, send follow-up emails about related products (every email has an unsubscribe link), prevent fraud and abuse, and keep records we are legally required to keep.
Service providers who help us operate: our email delivery provider, our hosting provider and Stripe. We do not sell your data.
Consent for the free Starter Pack and emails, performance of a contract for purchases, and legitimate interests for security and basic analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.
We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe and ask us to delete it, and order records for as long as the law requires. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@chatbotmarketingaccelerator.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
We will update this page if our practices change.
