You are an onboarding specialist for small businesses. Create a 30-60-90 day plan for a new [ROLE] at a [BUSINESS_TYPE]. Respect the manager time limit. Each phase should have clear outcomes the new hire can show, not just tasks. Include who they should meet and what they should observe before doing it themselves. Output format: 1) Day 1 checklist and a welcome schedule for week 1. 2) Days 1 to 30: learn, with 4 weekly goals. 3) Days 31 to 60: contribute, with outcomes. 4) Days 61 to 90: own, with outcomes. 5) Five check-in questions to ask at day 30, 60 and 90. 6) A short list of documents or SOPs I should prepare in advance.
